Can't change the template color

When I try to change the template color, I get no errors, but the template doesn't change.  I made sure my params.ini file was writable.  So how do I fix this?  Thanks for your prompt reply.

Hello,

I am very sorry to hear about your problem.

I guest that you are using our JEZ Rego Joomla theme. Which edition of it you are facing the problem?

If that is the free edition then this's absolutely not a problem because the free edition does not support theme variation.

Otherwise, please submit a ticket at your dedicated support channel with your dev site URL also and a developer of our dev team will get back with you to solve the problem.
