Hello,

I have the JEZ Rego Pro v1.0.7 bought and would like to know how I am the copyright footer can remove the module without the need to disable ?

Same problem for me but : how do I remove it ?

We have recently experienced an incident with our dedicated support system. The incident is fixed now. Please visit following URL, login with your dedicated support account then look for a knowledge base article titled How to remove copyright statement at footer of template purchased.

Please understand that only Pro edition customer allowed to remove copyright notice so the instruction should not be posted here.

I keep getting a 500 error when I try to log in to the dedicated support area.
Any ideas??
Also, we've moved and have changed e-mail addresses. I changed my e-mail address for the site - does that change it for the dedicated support area too???

No. User account at our download area and dedicated support channel is synchronized only one time on order completion.

This is very strange. Which device and/or browser you are using to access it?

Btw, if for any incident you cannot access your dedicated support channel, you still can get dedicated support from our dev team by emailing to support at joomlaez dot com using the email address you used when purchasing our product.

I have purcase  this JEZ Rego Pro and lok to support section and can found enny info about this and olso create ticket but not enny answer yet so how can I remove this ??
